about

The fifth album proved to be totally uncompromising and extreme; a soundscape of avant jazz, musique concrete and dark ambience. This was their 'Troutmask Replica', their 'Tago Mago'.
In the words of Syd; "This is how protest music would have sounded had the Nazis won the war. Torment, torture, total terror. A soundtrack to a world peopled by the defeated. 2 CDs of humanity struggling to escape brutality."
